4 turkey cutlets
flour, salt and pepper, to coat the cutlets
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. chicken broth
shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Add some salt and pepper to the flour for flavering and pat the mixture onto each cutlet.
- Heat a little bit of oil and some butter in a frying pan. Brown the cutlets on each side.
- Place cutlets in a baking dish. Pour wine and chicken broth on top of the cutlets.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on each cutlet.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
