Turkey Cutlets with Cheese

This recipe is super easy and very yummy. The turkey stays very moist with a light wine flavor.

4 turkey cutlets
flour, salt and pepper, to coat the cutlets
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. chicken broth
shredded mozzarella cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Add some salt and pepper to the flour for flavering and pat the mixture onto each cutlet.
  3. Heat a little bit of oil and some butter in a frying pan. Brown the cutlets on each side.
  4. Place cutlets in a baking dish. Pour wine and chicken broth on top of the cutlets.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on each cutlet.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes.
